We partner with diverse supporters, such as partner schools, government agencies, other NGOs, and generous donors. Together, they help us provide quality education in rural Cambodia. Partner schools raise funds and share resources, government agencies supply teachers, NGOs offer specialized support, and donors contribute financially. This collaborative effort ensures that children in remote areas receive the education and opportunities they deserve.

International Partner School

At REEC's core, the principle of ‘children helping children’ is followed. Global educational establishments unite to support Rural Education in Cambodia, making a positive difference. Students from more privileged areas learn about the hardships others face, raise funds, and provide services, gaining valuable insights into lives in remote regions.

The children we’ve worked with are some of the kindest I’ve ever met. Moreover, their eagerness to learn is incomparable - from coming to school an hour before the official starting time and staying afterwards to returning in the evenings with their families to teach us their traditional dances. The time we’ve shared was a truly unforgettable experience and I look forward to working with REEC in the future!

Update Announcement

Following its success in short-term skills training, the center was elevated to a vocational training institution by the Prakas of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training No. 499 KP/PRK, dated 08 December 2015.

 

This enhancement authorizes the center to offer professional technical degrees, including associate and master's degrees in technical skills.
The Ratanakkiri Vocational Training Center now stands as the premier professional training institution in the Northeast region, distinguished by its use of modern technology and highly competent staff.
